European War Cemetery - Florence |

This cemetery, just south of Florence, is a memorial to the soldiers from European countries who died liberating Italy in World War II. There are no Americans here (there is another cemetery with US and British graves) but many countries from the British Isles to Russia, Denmark and even the Middle East are represented here. |
